Pieces wider than 8″ may have a slight cup or twist. Pieces longer than 36″ may have a minor bow or twist. An occasional surface check may be present. Live edge boards contain slight edge checking. The policy is for 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
