Monkey Puzzle wood is golden colored with the possibility of beautiful blue and/or interesting spalt lines. Knots add dramatic color and can contain figure around them. They are not considered a defect in this species even though checks are often present around them. A percentage of pieces will have small, black, soft spots that add unique character. This slab has been air dried for 3 years and may contain some residual moisture. Gorgeous spalting and color contrasting. There are numerous knots with voids and several splits on the numbered face, some being 6-8″ in length. There is also a 44″ check down the rear face.

The policy is for 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
